My first love is climbing which has taken me all over the UK and further a field, then I fell in love with surfing which showed me many new places around Europe and led me to Pembrokeshire. I really enjoy introducing people to the great outdoors through good fun activities, and I look forward to seeing my daughter Ffion fall in love with the great outdoors.

I am mad for surfing, climbing and snowboarding. I've spent the last 10 years doing the things I love in the outdoors, in Yorkshire, Ireland and now Wales. The last 5 years instructing has only heightened my love of the outdoors and given me more of an excuse to get wet in the surf, being a Goatboater!! Although I love the west coast of the UK, I hope to get out testing the waters further afield. New Zealand here I come!! No worries, mate!!

My first love in the outdoors is open canoeing, although I enjoy most adventure sports! It has taken me all over the place; Ireland, Scandinavia, New Zealand, South of France and Australia, and I have plans for much more in the future!
