Welcome to the Sealyham Activity Centre website. Based in the heart of Pembrokeshire we are in a unique environment that offers unspoiled areas that are ideal for people interested in outdoor pursuits.
We take advantage of the fantastic Pembrokeshire coastline as well as the grounds in which our activity centre is situated so visitors can learn to kayak, surf, climb and many other outdoor pursuit skills. They can learn new skills or improve on the skills that they already have.
We have a great team of enthusiastic, qualified instructors who will work with small groups or even individuals so that personal attention is guaranteed to every visitor to the Sealyham activity centre.
We offer great packages for schools looking for great team building exercises.
We believe that outdoor pursuits provides an exciting, physical medium for learning. At Sealyham there is no emphasis on doing well. Each student will achieve something - for primary children it may be coping with their first stay away home and parents. It may be learning to become an effective member of a team, or conquering that fear of heights or water.
Our instructors will spend as much time as necessary encouraging children to participate in each of the activities. However, this will never progress to coercion or force at any time as we respect the right of each child to make that final decision themselves.
Each activity programme is designed to suit the needs of the individual group. Although the same activities are on offer to every group, each session is adapted to the age and ability of the group members. Educational visits to places such as St. Davids or Pembroke can also be arranged.
