For those of you who do not know about us, we are outdoor pursuits specialists based in Pembrokeshire and take advantage of this wonderful coastline to teach people a fantastic range of activities which will have your adrenalin pumping.

We have a great set of instructors who are fully qualified and have a great deal of experience in their chosen fields, so you can be sure you are in good hands and will truly benefit from learning from them.
